Imo gamiton sa pagcontact nila kay skype aron wa kay mabayran sa imo tawag bro, toll free man ila number nya makatawag man ang skype ug toll free number. Pwede ka mangayo pud ug advise sa technical support nila bro ug unsa angay nga hosting package bagay sa imo website bro, for example if gamit ka php, mysql sa imo website bagay sa imoha ang linux hosting, if asp, asp.net and mssql pilion nimo ang microsoft hosting. Customer ko sa 1&1 bro for 4 years and wa jud ko ka suway ug na offline ako website bro. Ask lang sa ila technical support bro if you have more questions, friendly man ila mga technical support, pwede ra gani ka magcebuano. Pwede nimo tan-awon ang ni like sa 1&1 sa facebook bro, 1&1 Internet, Inc. | Facebook and also bro ang 1&1 is known internationally. Nahan lang ko mo help nimo bro... Hope makatabang nimo ni bro.

much better if you look into webhostingtalk.com and you can search every host their and with their feedback...
For me I've tried cirtexhosting.com for shared.. though I also have my vps from their too..

Siguro galisod lang kag sabot sa control panel sa 1and1...i am a customer of 1&1 and I could say nga user friendly ang ila control panel and well organized. Kausa rsad ko naka contact sa ila support kay ala koy mga problema na encounter so far sa ako hosting nla. You will need tech support if there are things that you cannot do on your control panel and if there is a downtime of your website. Regarding sa uptime sa ako website, I'm thankful kay ala pa gyd tawn nagka down or encountered any errors due to any server issue. If kung technical kaau ka, you can play around the .htaccess and php.ini which is supported sa ila server. Unlike other hosting company nga dli jd ka maka modify ani nga mga settings...
