Time is slower inside the train travelling in the speed of light.
thus, time travel occurs.. (more realistic ang time travel to future than past...)
a vehicle, ~20 years travelling towards that planet in speed of light, might be just a day for someone inside that vehicle.
but that's the problem, something with mass is near impossible to travel in speed of light.. kaya, Cryogenics would be more suitable, as of now, if our scientist/explorers would want to travel.. but it would take millions of years to travel that far at regular speed..
