    what I heard in Discovery..

an example, A Train that could go 99% speed of light and there are people in them.
the train would go 100 YEARS circling the planet in the speed of light.

It would take, yeah, 100 years for us and we'll be dead or kissing our grandsons in hospital beds..
but those inside the Train would age a week only.

Time is slower inside the train travelling in the speed of light.
thus, time travel occurs.. (more realistic ang time travel to future than past...)

a vehicle, ~20 years travelling towards that planet in speed of light, might be just a day for someone inside that vehicle.

but that's the problem, something with mass is near impossible to travel in speed of light.. kaya, Cryogenics would be more suitable, as of now, if our scientist/explorers would want to travel.. but it would take millions of years to travel that far at regular speed..

its impossible to travel there unless they can invent something thats totally armored in all forms of impact considering you'll be travelling that fast. note there are thousands of random mass flying around in space all the time like meteorites.
