I used to have episodes of these self-pity moods but when I'm in the verge of actually entertaining the thought of self-infliction, I think about my family especially my Dad. Who will take care of him now, if I'm gone? I can't imagine hurting him that way because I know it would kill him. I'd be a bad cheetah pod if I allow that to happen...

I always says "think positive". But I did some attempts already. Lahe gyud if kita (ako) na ang naa sa sitwasyon. It's easy to criticize people who committed suicides pero lahi gyud kung hingtungdan na ta.
Just Pray. Ana ra gyud. Seek Help from God, and to your family and friends.
