Get a 3200+ venice instead. dont waste your money on the 3500+
as for the motherboard either get an nforce4 based system or try Asrock Dual SATAII based on s939 and ALi chipset ( as fast as any stock nforce4 platform ) has both AGP 8x and PCIe 16x

brad ang 3500+ diri sa cebu karon tag 6K naman lng kng 10K imong budget maayo pa mag X2 3800+ ka nalang, sa arctech 10K+ man lng ata price ani, kaya nana sa budget nimo.

NForce is a flagship for an AMD platform
however, it will not be for long since AMD purchased ATI...
