    Hmmm regarding sa meeting i will be updating the first page for the scheduled meeting this comming saturday or sunday.. but as for me.. im only available sunday since it would be my RD. how about we will make it on saturdays 2pm to 4pm. my shift starts at 10pm. need your suggestions and commitees hope all of you will be there so that we can discuss this event thoroughly. We will take this event seriously so that we have a blastful positive outcome thankies.


    Venue Commitee: please post the update regarding your possible venue visit today so that we could have a pick on which venue we will be helding this event. last finalization of venues, hopefully before oct. starts. thanks.

    Artworks and Designs: Please post for those people who are willing to be on this commitee.

    Sponsors ETC.: please inform us via this thread, Private Message or sms regarding sponsors. thankiez

    The Front page of the thread is updated on attendees for this moment since i dont have enough time to update all. I will be updating all of this before this day ends. please feel free to check the first page.

    As you can check on the first page there are 51 person's who's willing to attend including the commitees. We will be expecting 60+ to 100 attendee's please invite some. there will be a slight change of rules regarding this event please check the first page from time to time. the finalization of this event is near. thanks

    Outlining the intentions of the organizer. What the event is about. Who will be attending the event. What possible advantages the comp could get with their sponsorship...
