VGA or PSU ang culprit?

Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS P5W DH Deluxe
Processor: C2D kalimut na ko, E something..
Memory: 2x2GB Patriot Extreme PC6400 / Backup GEIL 2x512mb PC6400
VGA: GECUBE Radeon 1800GTO
PSU: Enermax True Power 620W

Thursday evening, I'm using my Desktop PC, and able to finish some tasks.
then, naa ko'y software nga mag create og Photo slideshow and pag human nako,
i-convert na unta nako to AVI format, nag sige man og error,
Kanang not responding, DEBUG or CLOSE program ang choices.
it's late anyways, I decide to continue next day.

on friday evening, mo-gamit unta ko sa PC, but igo ra mo-tuyok ang fans and some lights.
No beep, no display.

Troubleshoot:
Removed VGA and all Memory - Beeping sound (kanang wa'y memory)
Removed VGA, Attached 2x2gb memory - No beep
Removed VGA, Attach 1x2GB memory - one beep sound
Removed VGA, Attached other 1x2GB memory - one beep sound gihapon

Duda nako at this point, memory ang culprit.

Removed VGA and all Memory - Beeping sound (kanang wa'y memory)
Removed VGA and attached 1x512mb memory - one beep
Removed VGA and attached other 1x512mb memory - one beep
Removed VGA and attached 2x512mb memory - one beep

Samut ka-daku akong duda nga memory ang culprit, Patriot memory

Attached VGA and 1x512MB memory - One beep, no display
Attached VGA and 2x512MB memory - No beep, No display

Now nag duha2x na ko kung asa jud ang problem sa akong PC karon.

Attached VGA and 2x2GB Memory - no beep, no display gihapon (on first place, nag duda ko nga ang memory)

Checked and double checked plus triple checked the motherboard for Bloated Capacitors, but wala man.

testing PSU this day on other PC.. but still, akong duda @ this point, is on PSU.

my VGA needs extra power from PSU, and it can handle unta VGA...
naa'y dedicated line from PSU -> VGA.

which do you think is the culprit..?

I don't want to buy new PSU unless I'm sure nga PSU jud ang problem,
likewise sa VGA..

just purchased something this month.. wa pa ko'y extra kwarta...

ang 2x2GB memory, under warranty pa.. bought it @ APC early this year.
but I'm guessing memory is not the problem

try another vga or try your vga to another pc

I have little doubt sa PSU.. and more on sa VGA..

`coz I'm fixing a very long VGA cable for our church..
basin mao ni naka-cause og guba sa graphics card nako..

akong LCD TV aduna'y VGA Input, and it's not working now, tungod sa vga cable..

try also to clean your pc. also if naa pakay lain spare sa ram try ug reseat tanan. then the thermal paste sa imng hsf to proc...

if you could read my first post, I do have backup Memory/RAM, GEIL 2x512mb..
and it's quite clear, I've Attached and removed it quite often..

all the parts are brushed with thinner.. to clean and clear away sa mga abog nga ning pilit..

my motherboard is out of the casing and on top of something safe.
which I didn't tell on my first post.

Re-applying the proc w/ thermal paste might not be of any help @ this moment,
but will do after everything's ok na..

Try to check your PSU voltages w/ multi tester and try ro check your power button bro if ok ba iyang connection basin bag segi rna ug on(contact). try lng.

I did test the PSU's voltages... pero analog akong gi-gamit.. my digital is busted. di kaau accurate ang analog man gud.. di mabasa upto hundredths accuracy.. bana2x ra pag basa sa analog..

ako sa ning i-open through other computers para mabasa ang voltage through bios.

New troubleshoot results:

some SPECS of other PC, unknown..
Motherboard: MSI (will check the model later)
CPU: will check later.

Tested Memory, PSU and VGA.

Removed VGA, attached memory 1x2GB Patriot - one beep
Removed VGA, attached other memory 1x2GB Patriot - one beep

Removed VGA, attached memory 2x2GB Patriot - one BEEP

The PSU of this computer can't support my VGA,
used my own PSU from my PC to support the VGA.

Attached VGA, attached memory 1x2GB Patriot - no beep, no display
Attached VGA, attached other memory 1x2GB Patriot - no beep, no display as well..

@ this point, IMO, VGA jud ang culprit..
I removed the VGA and attached again the 2x2GB memory, ONE BEEP..

Testing the PSU on other PC after lunch..

doing other stuffs first..

sakto na xa? or brand dependent ang tolerance?

ONE Beep - kanang normal nga beep.. expected BEEP inig on.. nothing follows after one beep..

Multiple BEEPS during all Memory/RAM removed..

Overclock fail, Loading default Settings
my Motherboard error, Fan Error fail! (wa na-detect RPM fan while loading)
Normal POST - One beep
