As I said maam, he or she who makes the first allegation, has the burden of proving the allegation. Your claim, that mas dili ta ka afford og balay kung mapasa ni nga bill.. asa imong proof maam. Gahulat ko..

oki.. so kung ma himo na ug RA ning bill...naa ta trabaho ... then dili lang gihapon ta maka afford ug house and lot... ngano ato a mani suporta an?
Aw pareha ra gihapon. Can you prove that people will flock to the city? Cebu wide man ni, so it will include also areas that are not in cities right?
Saka ang presyo, wow.. so unsa man imong point maam. Nga naay inflation?
Is it possible to have economic growth without inflation maam?

Asa man imong proof maam nga dili ta ka afford. Di ba naghulat pa ko sa imong proof? "he who makes the first allegation must prove it first"
Kung si BIGMAN nag hisgot, si BIGMAN ang pamutan-a. Dili ako. Kai dili man ko si bigman.
"He or she who makes the first allegation, must prove it"
By the way, I never claimed that everyone will be able to afford right away (as you claimed).. in fact i said almost the opposite, that not everyone can afford but that this is a reality and this bill never claimed to give jobs to everyone anyway right? If you are saying, a bill must be able to get everyone who has a job, regardless of the job, a house in order to be worthwhile as a bill.. then we should not pass any bills at all because no bill anywhere in the world can do that. Even in first world countries, there are people who can't afford their own houses. Does that mean we shouldn't try to become a first world country?
Kanang mga jobless, o minimum wage earner, can they afford under the present system? But I think the minimum wage earner in Singapore can afford their own HLURB flat, unless you can prove otherwise. Regardless of your claim that the government offers subsidies, that's irrelevant because those subsidies ultimately come from the citizens anyway. Superannuation by the way is known as enforced retirement allocation, it is maybe because you confused it with the useless deductions like SSS/PagIbig here that you mentioned that in a negative light before.
