    Ang ilang action?

I-restructure akong bayranan para affordable kuno nako.
And they act like I should be happy about it.

    PLEASE!

they installed a defective meter on my line.
And they billed me almost twice my monthly usual bill and they want me to thank them?

Just because the meter passed a series of tests they designed,
without government monitoring if their procedure is correct or if the procedure is sufficient to detect all meter defects.
It doesnt necessarily mean that the meter is in good condition. Because this happened to me before. And im pretty sure those meters are defective based on comparative difference in monthly readings..

They said that is all they could do. because their test showed that the meter passed their tests.

why not use their conscience and admit that they installed a defective water meter
(if it was not their original intention to install consumers with mysterious meters)

I also wonder why it took them 21 days to replace the meter,
when they can do it in a day or the longest is one week.

Maybe they can not find that type of meters that passes test
yet reads more than what is actually consumed.

    Is this intentional?
    Maybe or maybe not.
But the consumer is the victim here
and they do not do anything to correct what has been done wrong.
There is no justice in this place.

Still they insist to charge you excessively because to them, the meter is ok.
even knowing that the new meter installed as replacement (to the defective meter) reads very differently.

The defective meter reads and bills P11,000 a month for two months
while the new replacement meter reads and bills P8,000 in one month.

And the previous good meter reads fine and bills P6,000 to P8,000 (before it got stuck and needed to be replaced).
That alone is proof that the questioned meter is defective.
Further proof will be seen on the following months because there is no change in the usage of our water.

I dont think it is very hard to defend this move,
if only they have the conscience to be fair to their consumers.

But as I said to these people ---
I would not expect them to help me.
It would then be conflict of interest.
Because if they help me, their company will earn less money.
AND TO THEM THAT IS NOT GOOD.
And you know how greedy companies are.

And I can also sense their arrogance, maybe because they think there is nothing you can do about it.
Because they feel like they are Gods in the Waterworld.
If you don't do what they say--- they just simply cut your water supply.

And that made their quality of service go down the drain, so to speak.

    Original seal jud
dili copper wires nga gilanayan og tingga sama sa taxi meter.

Default Please examine your water bill carefully

There has been a lot of complaints in the past 2 months that their water bill increased dramatically when the consumption is just the same. 50 to 100 percent increase in billing charges.

I suspect there are hidden charges inserted in our water bill this past 2 months.

I myself today, was just charged P3,000 as water fee and is added to my May bill.
    What is this water fee?

    Please check your water bill.
If your water bill increased 50 percent or more, post your case here.
We can help each other if we do this together.

Sen Enrile just ordered an investigation in Maynilad and MWSS for suspicions of illegal charges in their billing
Maybe this is why the have 12 bonuses for their employees---para walang papalag sa kanilang mga empleyado kung ano man ang kanilang pinaggagawa.

Again, please check you current water bills and compare it with your previous bills.
Take note if the amount is proportional to the actual consumption.
If the actual water consumed is the same yet the amount is different then there is probably a hidden charge inserted in your bill. Check carefully.

    kay pareha sa akong case,
2 months ko gichargean og P11,000
    1 month P12,000

    Anyway, nakasave man sad ko.
kaysa mogawas nga good ang meter sa ilang test,
magbayad ra gihapon kog dako kaayo.

parehas gud gihapon sa smoke test.
katong dili kapasar sa smoke test im sure they have a way to pass the test although it would cost them more.
kay manotice nimo, daghan man gihapon magdagan nga magaso-aso lang..

    mao lagi problema nato.
    wala jud tay kapadulngan.
Bisan ang OIC of Public Affairs nga akong nakaestorya.

Wala silay mahatag nga dagko nga Christmas bonus!

    Imagine!
Sila pa kunuhay ang authority when it comes to meter.
Tanan magpameter test adto padung nila.

    DTI or DOST dapat.
