I'm posting for a friend cuz nag ka problema cya sa iyang previous company and the situation goes like this..dli lng nako nganlan ang company ha.
Actually .net web developer ni cya, g.orient cya sa HR with the company blah blah then at the same time nag sign pd cya sa contract with a 2 year bond worth let say 100k. He was promise also for a new project development once mo start na cya ddto. But what happen when his 1st day kay g.orient cla nga for 6 months ang ilang work is to convert static HTML pages to CMS. mao nga nag rigor iyang huna2x and because of that wla na cya mo report the next day kay feeling niya giilad cya nganu daw wla cya gisultihan before cya ni sign sa contract kay if g.inform pa cya dli daw cla mo dayun. Mao nga ni AWOL cya the next day dn that day aslo the company called and advice him to report and pra sd magka talk cya sa company guidance, mao to nga iyang gisulti ang iyang side about the situation and dli na lng cya mopadayon og report. but still the company insisted nga pabayron cya sa bond for what he did. and just today he received a letter to inform him about the bond issue and dapat jd cya mobayad or else the company will take a legal action.
ang akong mga pangutana:
1. Tan.aw nnu kailangan bah mobayad sa bond ang akong amigo? nga 1 day rmn cya nka report ang beside the bond is intended for training but wla pmn cya ma train og anything.
2. Naa bah ma preso kn dli mobayad sa bond?
3. Asa mn ta mo dool ani about ani nga issue?
your advice/help is pretty much appreciated.
