I think this is a legit software. as long as you will be given the digital river link where you can download the software through digital locker then this is a legit software. Digital River/Digital Locker download is less expensive than having the retail disc since it will just be downloaded through your pc. I've already had experience buying a software through Windows Marketplace then downloaded the software through the digital locker. If the seller can provide those digital locker link then this is a legit software that he is selling

ang question raman ani is if this is a retail copy or volume license. kay kung volume license, maypag i-undang ang thread kay legit lagi ang key pero violation gihapon sa terms of use sa Microsoft which makes it a non-legit copy.
