Is it worth the time, effort and money to upgrade cpu from e7500 to e8400?

If u want to upgrade, better go for core 2 quad the Q9 Series or if u have the budget go for Core i7. For me it's not worth if you would still stick on core2duo.

if Q9 series ka, go for Q9400/Q9450/Q9550

Bati ang Q8..mas better pa gani ang Q6600 compared to Q8 even though its 65nm

q9 series is overpriced and very hard to find. better go for i5 or i7.

better stick with your current processor and upgrade something else, maybe add memory, better videocard, larger harddisk etc... what do u need the higher performance cpu for? even goin quad on the same platform wouldnt give a big performance boost when not using multi-thread capable software
