Smart money + paypal account = problem solved
Bai ako lang suggestion, better apply ka ug Smart Money card then create ka ug Paypal account.. now you can verify your paypal account using your Smart Money card... just load-up your Smart money at least 300 pesos for the verification of your paypal account.... then once your paypal account is activated you can now buy stuff online....all you need is load up your smart money card with the amount you need to spend online...
