    Definitely yes. kay ang scope gi lesser nimo. Every people will participate in the government, all will work hand in hand. Corrupt officials will not be totally eliminated but minimized to a very few numbers. Another thing is leaders will be afraid to do bad things to the people.

    also if federalism ta, we learn independence jud. unlike krn na independence ba? kai ang region maninguha man jud para mulambo. dili na magsalig ang region na mangawat sa lain region ug kwarta.
