but if theyll the other way. instead of making devlopment and progress theyll do it to get more kik2. murag ungo

Besides, we've been doing this Government System for almost 70 years already...and look what it has brought us. Development is concentrated on the capital... I think its time we change our views and try something else. 70 years is more than enough to tell us that THIS CURRENT SYSTEM DON'T WORK.

    - murag maka start man gihapon ang project locally, w/o intervention sa national sa karun nga government. unless kung ang project involves using national money. mao na muagi pa sa congress.

    - project like train system, kanang kinahanglan pa na iagi sa taas, kay gamiton ang funding sa national level. feasibility study pa, tapos debate, tapos kung approved na, bidding bidding kunuhay, ang mudaog sa bidding ang pinakadaku ug under the table. mao na, imbes nga tree coat unta ang finishing, 1 and a half coat na lang.

    - mawala kaha ning in.ani nga practice kung federal na?

Look what we are now... Do you see any progress? I believe Vietnam surpassed the Philippines in terms of growth in the early 2000s (correct me if I'm wrong). We are practically going nowhere. That's living proof enough to start changing something and try something else.

its not the system but the people who runs the system

singapore ... no resources... limited land....
3rd world country kadto part pa sa malaysia
after gi kick out sila sa malaysia...wala sila nag change type sa government
    pero ni asenso sila
