How do I hire someone from the Philippines?

Hey,

I'm a musician and I have this band called Memorial Beach - you can find the website at Memorial Beach

I was just wondering if anyone here would like to help (or knows somewhere I can search) to find an assistant to help me with some of the tasks I need to do day to day to move my band forward. I'm going to hire one person for no less than 20 hours a week and up to 50 depending on how much work there is during a given week. The tasks will include doing research on the internet, sending e-mails to lots of people, etc. Basically you are helping me to sell my music. If my music starts selling pretty well I will also give you a bonus for this but it probably won't happen for a little while.

I have a track up on the website if you would like to listen (but liking the music is not a requirement for the job). I just need someone honest and reliable. Please reply with how much per hour you would charge me. I was planning on paying via Paypal but if somebody has some other idea then I would be open to that.
