it seems plausible to me, though i would say that it might also be fake. if it is fake, however, i suspect it is the TS making the story his own. maybe he just heard it through the grapevine and decided to make it his own and post it here.

The situation is plausible for me because:

1. using a child as the bait is not impossible. children are easily fooled and they are also not very good at rationalization and at defending themselves. they can be coerced.

2. 6 men to rape a single woman is also possible and very much likely. maybe they were on drugs or maybe this is something they've done before and have grown accustomed to. maybe it was a flesh-trade business or maybe someone took an interest on the GF and it was not rape but kidnapping.

3. quick response of bystanders is also possible, especially if this happened in a "squatters" area with houses positioned wall to wall. those men may be new to the area and people are always much more aware when there are new faces in their places.

4. 6 men against 1 woman and she was still able to cry for help? also possible. in cramped areas, too many helpers works against you. your fighting for space with each other in such a situation. maybe the girlfriend is a fighter too.

5. the TS being silent right now might also be the effect of the GF telling him to STFU. this is a humiliating experience for a woman, even though we'd say it should not be because it is not her fault. also, the law may be pursuing these persons which is why this issue is not so widespread. maybe the police have learned how to STFU as well from that hostage-situation-gone-FUBAR.

6. if the TS is lying, why is he posting using his own, well known account (someone here knows him). he even has a PIC there of himself and he is using it as his trading account. it is possible that he may have just overreacted or it may really be true.

@TS, if it is true, you have my sympathies, bro. it is NOT your fault. you can NEVER predict these things. you are not WORTHLESS. these people victimizing innocents are.

Like I said everything is possible but there are flaws :

- Bata ba lage ang gamiton sa bait ?
- Is this implying that the GF is the very first victim ?
- Dali ra kaayo naka sikad ang rescuer sa pultahan ?
- Nag taxi pa jud padong didto ? From where ?
- Wala lage sa if gipa blotter ? This is a sensational issue .
- Making news and keeping the anonymity of the " suspects " are 2 different things .
- Susama gud sa NEEDLE ISSUE sa Mango Square ... it never made to the headlines but sikat kaayos a chain text .
- Wala jud ko nag duda bai ... I am pretty sure this is just a story made up by you .
