i attended a seminar for birth control methods and they have a lot..as in..
naay oral, naa pud dle, sago-o2x sa petsa and all..
pro if u take pills daw (according to them) dapat mu consult ka ug OB kay naay dle makauyon imu body...
especially if naa u comlications like high blood...then dle pud ka kapataka ug urong ug gamit sa pills...

@ts: you can ask your doctor for the best birth control option for you. What comes to mind are:
a. condoms (male or female)
b. birth control pills - pero daghan man kind, so it's better you ask your MD about it
c. use of diaphragm, spermicides
d. intrauterine device - ask your MD about this
e. natural method - ex: calendar method - but this can be unreliable.
