have you heard about Billing's Ovulation Method?
They say this is more natural than any available method out there and it has no side effects.
The problem is, mora lisod siya sabton at first.

maayo ni nga method, pero medyo additional work sa babaye kay kinahanglan sya magcharting para more effective...
ambot lang kung ganahan ba ang mga babaye aning segi lista...

Ovulation Method is 100% effective and all natural. This only applies to women who has regular menstruation cycle... meaning, you have your menstrual period after every 28-30 days. If not, this method doesn't work for you.
Simply start counting the day you have your first stain of blood even if it's only very minimal. That is day 1. You have to avoid having *** from day 9-19 since these are the days you are likely fertile (can get pregnant), day 14 being the surest or 100% fertile. That's pretty easy to remember. After those days, you can have coitus without withdrawal, condom or whatsoever.
So mas nindot dba because *** is something you should enjoy without holding back.. feel free to do that day 20 up to the time you have your menstruation again.
In case you wonder, I'm a nurse and I say that to all of my patients especially sa community kay sus naa jui uban na maabot ug 9 ang anak! and its a fact that 30% of Filipinos doesn't know na makabuntis ang coitus.. *sigh
