MANILA, Philippines - In a show of unity, Buddhists and Catholics will come together on Tuesday morning in Manila to give their respects to the victims of the hostage crisis last August 23.

first of foremost, ang atong presidente nga si noynoy wala mosunod sa protocol on hostage taking... dapat unta siya motawag sa chief executve of hongkong govt nga ang ilang tawo gi hostage ngari sa manila... unsaon man wala man siya motawag... instead ang chief executive naman ang nitawag sa presidente, worse dili pajud tubagon... i dont believe on his saying nga wala cya kadawat sa tawag coz i believe that our president does not what to do... mao jud ni problema sa system sa atong gobyerno ngari sa pinas... bisan manawag ta og LTO, DFA, and other agencies, dili pod manubag sa telepono...

It is really true that HOLIDAP by the Manila's Finest is rampant at the metropolis. One of my friend was also a victim way back 2007. He was walking along the street going to his office when he was flagged down by the cops riding in a patrol car. They took all his jewelries and all the money in his wallet and was brought to the police station. They were accusing him as a hold-upper that in fact he a ship captain on a foreign vessel. He reasoned out, showed all his I.D. and documents but they ignored it. Luckily his Father in law is a high ranking military officer based in Camp Aguinaldo and came to his rescue. 2 milatary truck loaded with soldiers came to the police station. All his belongings were returned and the crooked cops apologizes to him saying that it was just a mistaken identity.
Haays, mao na kung ako naa ko sa manila, hipos tanan alahas ug mas maayo pa ang mga tambay if you'll asking for a something, a direction maybe, kay sigurado pa nga tarungon ka ug tubag. Sa mga pulis... huh... ay nalang.
