yeah 50K with collateral is a no brainer

however, coming from the lender's perspective... and speaking for myself.......... i dont usually loan-out to borrowers on the lone basis of the collateral being offered...

collaterals are mere "securities". that in case of default, the lender have something to hold on to... i dont think any financing company would want their money to be tied up on real estate... they want to be liquid as much as possible... theyre not really in the business of acquiring real estate properties...

as a policy, borrower's capacity, character, condition etc has to be considered too... credit has what it calls as 5Cs of credit... collateral is just one of them... the other four is still have to be considered.

credibility sa magpa loan? buffled me...

Loan is not my bussiness but i know thats the normal procedure and we have to consider all those. Identification is so important for both and all for security reason...

Thanks for the additional info thank you.

Mao lagi na kasagaram prblem sa atong society, maka utang jud kung ting emergencies. Dapat in the first place we should create emegency funds first kay sakit jud ng utang I tell you honestly.

Lesson learned : It is a must to create at least 3-6 months emergency fund savings in the bank.(Don't withdraw this fund, it is for emergency use only. It is just a matter of discipline to overcome Financial troubles in the first place)
