It would be nice if the venue will have food and sound system as well.

nothing beats a beach party. but if its not possible, i suggest bax sports bar near princecourt, subangdaku mandaue. the beer and food is cheap and the owner is very accomodating to free corkage. for every set of beer there is one hour free billiards or table tennis, or five free videoke songs. the hourly rates of billiards and table tennis is also cheap. five pesos only per song for the videoke.
