with that capital, there's alot you can do. but be sure to plan ahead and do a survey first.

Yah,, Super dako na kaayo ang 400K.

Naka base ko sa Mindanao before. Nag start ko ug machine shop specialized in Metal fabrication and Blacksmith shop @ almost 50K akong papa is a professional Blacksmith and makabuhat sya ug bisag unsang Object made in metal. Nag start me buhat ug Super kalan na ang gatong is RICE HUSK. after 1 month among net profit is 30K. After 5 months nag open sad ko ug Agri-business @ more or less 80K and after 5 months naka profit ko almost 100K. and then nag start pud ko ug Buy & Sell and Rice Trading @ 90K, Nag distribute ko ug bugas sa mga Palengke and sari-sari store, Nag palit ko ug Mini Cab @ 80K for transportation, And now tanan nakong assets maka generate ug 80-100K per month.

Money is not a problem if you know where to get it and how to make money works for you.
