about HIIT, ok sad gamiton ang Elliptical Machine para sa dunay injury sa knees. Atleast sa E.Machine mu swing swing ra ka. Less ang tension sa joints and all. PLUS, Upper and Lower ang igo, unlike S.Bike lower ra. Pero depende ra ninyo kung unsa'y hiyang ninyo.
Agree ko if you want stay fit, himuon jud ng lifestyle ba. Murag part of our life na jud. Kay ako karun, murag part na jud sa akoa ang pag exercise, naa ko'y goal before (same body ni Jacob Black --- i know, baga kaayo ko) pero mao nay murag motivation nako. but nagkadugay, murag ako goal nausab to STAYING HEALTHY and FIT, bonus nalang ng mahimo kang matso ug mag laway ang bae. hahaha.

i think naa nako sa akong plateau. bisan unsaon nako diet or pasingot dli na jud mo usab. what should i do?
if niabot naka sa imong plateau, basin ni adapt na imo body sa imo routine. remember, if sobra ra imo diet like halos di na mukaon, mu adjust imo body ana na mas gamay lang usa ang gamiton sa imo intake for survival purposes.
mao nindut jud ang 2 weeks diet > 2 weeks (tama tama lang na kaon) > 2 weeks diet ulit.
and about sa imo training, try to change the routine. like before barbell ka sige, use dumbbells na pud. or machines.
