    im proud im cebuana... and i can say that i speak way better english than a tagalog... coz, ive dealt with a lot of at & t agents from manila and their accents are way too obvious.... very ya`ya`...very typical tagalog accent...

    To answer the TS question , YES the CEBUANAS csn SPEAK ENGLISH .
