no it can't be restored. Dirt can be removed though. Pa timbang nalang na then buy new.

but that depends on the quality of the plastic - the best way is to repaint it.

use 100 or 150 sand paper - then smoothen it with sandpaper 1000 or 1500 then you are good to go - optional na dayon ang paint
