    Default lower back pain.. help mga PT dha advise lng


    im experiencing this pain since march of 2009, unya nisamot in 3 months tym nasamotan pa nga nag work ko as ca call cnter agent didto nisakit xag maau kay air conditioned man ang rooms.. unya aq ni gipa xray, ka 3 jud ko gi xray sa usa ka adlaw angako lower back(lumbo) unya ang ingon sa radiologist kay dli daw nya mabasa ang resulta og need ko magpa MRI unya kay mahal man mao to ni consult ko sa amo company doctor then ingon pod xa mag exercise daw ko unya mo reach out ko sa mga hospital nga nag offer og Therapy para sa back pain pero wa ko ni reach out kay medyo may kamahalan man ang ila per session.. unya after nako pag work as an agent nawala2 ang kasakit sa ako likod pro not totally jud unya karon nga work na pod ko balik though not as a call cntr agent anymore nagasakit na pod ang ako likod..


    kung naa moy ika advise dha nga tarong like best exercise for lower back please give me tips.. nag plan ko pa MRI pro not now kay mdyo mahal jud..

    SAme problem before. Went back to exercise and stretching. There are a lot of exercises. One thing you can do is lie prone. Meaning kulob ka.. then mura do a push up except ang upper body ra until ma stretch to ang luyo.. it will be painful for a while then ma arangan ra.. also dont sit for too long.. stand up once in a while to imrpove your circulation.. massage will also relieve the pain.. patumbi imo luyo..

    but i still suggest MRI ka kay, if you say kng m lingkod ka m sakit basin naa nerve na ipit.. which is more dangerous.. pa cover lang sa company ninyo..

    salamat sa tambag bro.. mao jud na kung mag lingkod ko ug dugay kay mongolngol jud xa..

    pait amo company bro kay dli daw cla mo cover og ing-ani.. hayzzz.. kadtong doctor sa ako ng grtrabahoan sauna kay ni ingon pod diay nga basin daw og panohot ra ni mao wala xa ni advise na mgpa MRI ko but im leaning to have an MRI early nxt yr kung maka ipon na.. basin naa kay kaila diha bro na maktabang pls tell me kay hassle jud kaau ni sa akoa

    we have the same problem, pain in the lower back portion(pigi, sakto ba). also gone with x-ray and MRI but negative results. some advised me to go hilot nalang, but dili ko ganahan nga dili makaligo the next day, so what i did EXERCISE (jogging/walking) every other day (much better) this way healthy pa ang lifestyle pero kapoy lang... in my case dili sad maka agwanta ug dugay nga barug(mosakit jud ang pigi sa likod).

    uu sakto bai sa pigi jud..mao pod bitaw niana tong doctor sa aq previous employer na dli lng daw ko magpa MRi kay basin panuhot ra daw ni.. aq bai kay ok ra ko mobarog og dugay dili lng jud maglingkod og dugay kay mag ngolngol jud xa.. magpahilot cguro ko bai, maglisod man ko og jogging gud kay ang oras sa ako work gabie man unya 1day off ra ko so aq n lng na ipahulay aq lawas bsta day off.. haizz kapait ani.. naay mga PT diha na mkatabang bahin ani?

    What are your back exercises? Do you do deadlifts? If so, try to check if your doing it right. hth!

    unsay deadlifts? wa jud ko kabalo kung unsa na sorry.. i dot sit ups mao jud na aq gnabuhat to ease the pain..

    i suggest strengthen imo core bai. before doing lower back exercises.
