200sqm would be too small for a compound (a compound is a small devt w/ 2 or more houses with road right of way)
i guess this is one house to occupy the whole lot...
if this is the case, this would be a simple house construction not an apartment development.

like i said it is like a compound, NOT A COMPOUND. Instead of houses, there are rooms close to each other. I am talking about lot area of about 160-200sqm.

na update na nko ang main post. 117 sqm diay ang lot. naa na existing rooms with concrete walls. nahan unta ko epa usab para ma himo ug mini apartment

i know bro. pero I need the exact numbers, someone who can provide me a housing plan.

As of the moment me and my cousins are the investors and we have 500k-2m if needed.

We are conducting the feasibility study now.

kung ako lng mag buot sa design, 2 story housing and the roof deck can be used as coffee shop or whatever. bsta school supplies store and front part sa house facing the street.

everything depends on our feasibility study, so I need inputs pd sa mga naay experience dri.
