    Default Apartment Business


    I am planning to put up an apartment in car2, mag start ko sa feasibility next month guro.

    ang lugar kay dha dapit sa st. catherine, doul ra jud kaau sa simbahan and corner street cya. gamay lng ang pwesto, mga 117sqm ra guro.

    ako plan e develop to an apartment, and wla pko kabaw pilay gasto.

    developing a 117sqm land, corner cya, maning 2 sides access to the road, unsay things to consider?

    ang front side ako plan himo-on ug business nga pwesto, pde pa abangan or una, bsta apartment ang luyo with 4 big rooms where each room can accommodate 4 people.

    kinsay nay experience ani? kinsa mga boarder ug apartment owners dha? need your wisdom and experience beh

    initially, i would say that the lot is quite small and im not sure if 4 townhouse units would fit in.
    But you can fax the lot/sketch plan (signed by the Geodetic Engr) to our office 412-4950 and lets see what we can do about it.

    im sure sa size bro but it should be more than 160 sqm or more than 200 sqm. currently it is used as a lodging house, there are 5 separate rooms and a sala, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

    each of those room are 4x6 sqms or bigger, I will try to get the real size pra ma post dri and mka advice mo

    the 120sqm or 160 sqm or 200sqm or more...is this a floor area or lot area?
    im a bit confused why is this varying...
    do u mean 1 house in 1 lot?
    because i am thinking of townhomes cluster...

    it like a compound, but instead of houses, there are rooms close to each other. I am talking about lot area of about 160-200sqm.

    200sqm would be too small for a compound (a compound is a small devt w/ 2 or more houses with road right of way)
    i guess this is one house to occupy the whole lot...
    if this is the case, this would be a simple house construction not an apartment development.
