Walay Technique, walay tricks, walay compromise as in walay paki. Kinahanglan ni ug deep investigation gyod IMO.

On the other hand, though dili nato mabasol ang president ani. Pero if you think and you know you can do something about it, then why not bother to do it? It was not the time to determine if Mendoza is right or wrong. It should be the time to think Mendoza is all right. He was absolutely right on that moment.

Kung gi hatagan lang unta sa gipangayo just to pacify him, dili man siguro na sakit kaau. The negotiator is just too hard on Mendoza. Something must be wrong with the organization where Mendoza were in.
I was expecting a happy ending earlier, but it turned out to be a sad and horrible end of the crisis. huh...

our swat dosen't deserve to be called swat(special weapon and tactics)weapons wala, tactics wala pud..special?maybe, one of a kind pulpol going to battle with a sledge hamme. nice nabuhian pa jud pag dukdok sa door...there would be no bloodshed if only they did not provoke the hostage taker..why did they not give him the media as he requested.d man kinahanlan manned ang camera if hadlok sila hostage.on ang reporter they wud hav just given him a camera and a mic linked to our local news..so his demands cud be heard.coz i dont think his intention was to kill coz y wud u expose urself to open area..na mag barog barog ka sa door and set most of ur hostage young old and the sick free if ur intentions was violent...i think he just wanted to be heard..but some one with a higher power wants him dead..government shud dig deeper into this case..basin nya malubong napud ni kasoha..case close kay patay na man

still i believe that they did what they could. it just wasn't enough. i don't think they wanted it to end that way either but the hostage taker is also a former policeman - a captain, and have provably calculated everything the he wanted it to be. This needs a call from our authorities to make necessary changes in our police force.

    Default PNP Hostage Handling

not in the position to criticize PNP, everyone is doing a "job". The question is "are they doing it well enough and appropriately".

Dili lang ta mo-point ug fingers, this is a very unfortunate event.

The images are very sensitive, not fit for primetime coverage. New York, no one was prepared and we watch the tragedy unfolding right before our eyes.
