    hi fellow istoryans! naa mo ka suggest what to take nga vitamins para maka gana ug kaon or sleep?? i need to gain weight

    Nindota ninyo ug problema oie! Trade nalng ta please? Eat alot of carbs and chocolate. That should do the work hehe

    mao ka!! balo gani ko padaot..

    yaw sige tulog, instead pag-sige ug kaon...eat more carbs, softdrinks, CETRUM vitamins (**nitambok jud ko ani na vitamins*** so are my friends who are taking CENTRUM)..more protein..

    bantay bitaw kung mutambok, lisud na bya padaot...ahhaha
