    bro, im around 140 pounds, nag planu ku mag gym ko, di ku nahan ug kanang bulky na gani ug muscles kay di man ku daku ug build gud, nahan lng ku ma toned aku lawas, unsa inyo ma advice nah routine para dali mu form ang muscles?

    Bro asa tanaw ninyo mas effective, split workout or whole body work out? Gikapoy na man ko sa ako routine na 4 day split. Okay na ko sa ako chest ug shoulder, pero gigamayan pa ko sa ako arms.

    Cardio 20 mins daily.. ginagmay lang alsa bench press para pang pahiwa sa dughan dayon supplement dayon na 'NO' para pang pa-increase stamina or Creatine para kusgan.....payter na! sure gyud liki ang lawas ba, hehehe

    isolation bro. a body part per day. exercised 3 times a week for an hour minimum and 2 hours maximum depende sa tabi, hehehe...

    kapoya anang burpees oi. dli pa ko kadaog sa ako lawas mo push up. ako during cardio day nako kay abs n 20-30mins cardio. during lifting days kay 10min cardio finish nako ra. no abs exercise.
