it is better to have a thread nga pang legal section lang, kay kung sticky section cya mura man gud na nga high sensitive issue, then wat if di kaau sensitive ang topic but mo connect cya sa legality isagol cya sa genral topic murag dilang cya matagad sa uban... hope u get my point of view...

    thanks!

    I agree to this.

Legal Section is appropriate where anyone can start a thread detailing his legal concerns and what he/she prays for to achieve.

Sticky thread will just mix up everything where our good lawyers will find a hard time connecting the dots.

Law students too can also make use of the "presented" concerns and the "councilors insights" as and added learning.

Moderators should make sure to put guidelines as to what "concerns" can be posted and what are against the law.

Our lawyers here can make or post their own opinions without necessarily rebuking the other.
It is also important that those who will post their opinion should support it with a Court Ruling, Republic Act, Administrative Order, Labor Code, Revised Penal Code, Corporation Code .... etc. or which particular Law or Jurisprudence.
