@topic.. my temp is around 31C idle(core temp) now. and murag 45(cores) full load.. ang cpu temp kai mu abot ug 60C full load... is that too high?

Try to lower the voltage about a notch or two Dong then check for stability. 60C @ full load is a bit high especially if 8s not OC'ed.
