I think i'll go for the bananas.. Skyflakes are high in saturated fat. I don't think you get any nutrients from crackers so i count them as zero calorie food
the only true zero calorie food/drink is water. ang crackers and noodles mahulog na sila as empty calories. they will provide calories and add up to your daily calorie count but they dont give you any nutrients, so sayang, na add up sa imong calories pero walay gihatag na sustansya.
I don't like strict diets where you have to count calories. If you're hungry, eat more. If you're full, stop eating. It's pretty simple really...![]()
