Okay can i ask you guys a question? WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS COUNTING CALORIES?! I have said this before and i shall say it again! EAT HEALTHY! No matter how much you eat as long as it's healthy it will surely make you lose fats. Avoid FATS? NO! Eat healthy fats. They help you burn fats.. Drink ALOT of water. Especially if you want to gain muscle mass or lose weight. REMEMBER that our body is made of 56% water. It's more important than food. It keeps our body free from waste.
If you're always hungry. Then i assume you're not eating enough FIBER in your meals! Again... Eat 5-6 meals with FIBER, PROTEIN, CARBS and GOOD FATS in everymeal. yes... EVERY MEAL!!!
If you want big arms than train your triceps more. Biceps is just the more showy part.. Girls only know the biceps. I doubt they even know what the triceps are. haha
bro just a little comment this is not to offend u but their is a reason why u should count calories coz No matter whats the form of your calories ... if you "overload your tank" you will find yourself gaining weight. so this is very important if you want to loss weight...

We use about 60% of the calories we consume each day for basic bodily functions such as breathing.
Other factors that influence your BMR are height, weight, age and ***. heres how to compute it
-Women:
655 + (4.3 x weight in pounds) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)
Men:
66 + (6.3 x weight in pounds) + (12.9 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)
Please note that this formula applies only to adults.
Calculate Activity
If you are sedentary : BMR x 20 percent
If you are lightly active: BMR x 30 percent
If you are moderately active (You exercise most days a week.): BMR x 40 percent
If you are very active (You exercise intensely on a daily basis or for prolonged periods.): BMR x 50 percent
If you are extra active (You do hard labor or are in athletic training.): BMR x 60 percent
Add this number to your BMR.
The result of this formula will be the number of calories you can eat every day and maintain your current weightt. In order to lose weight, you'll need to take in fewer calories than this result. if you want to gain weight take more calories....
