in celebration of International Humanitarian Law (IHL) month this August, RCY-Cebu will be having a forum about IHL. Through this forum the participants will be able to know more about the law, more specifically on the Geneva Conventions or Geneva Law.

The forum would be tomorow August 17, 2010 Tuesday 1pm onwards at UC Kalubihan AVR (near UC Main, just ask the guard sa UC main for directions) THIS IS OPEN TO ALL. FOR FREE! Just bring your school I.D or any valid I.D so that you can enter the AVR.
