    Special ilang Sinigang na Baboy kay naay HEALTHY worm...
    There were no supervisors or managers around.
    We got an apology and they did not charge us for the Sinigang na Baboy (only) - we paid for the rest of the meal...

    I tried to contact Max's (Max’s Restaurant)
    but somehow emailing them is impossible - chat online is always offline.

    Do you guys know how to report this? If i can't contact Max's, can i contact Ayala instead?

    I was able to email Max's through their website. I got a reply and they expect me to hear from an area manager. I got a text from that area manager around 7pm asking permission to call me.
    I requested not for an area manager but the branch manager himself. Hope i'll hear from them soon.

    Kinsay dapat jud muatubang namo? branch manager, owner or area manager?
    We are just a bit pissed because at that time there were no sup/managers around. So, pasagdan ra diay na nila ilang tawo?

    --- nagpahungaw ra ko ha..sorry. hehe

    pwede man pud mag-email o text sa SunStar bahin sa inyong bad experience sa mga restaurant. naay email address gibutang didto ug cellphone number. tarunga lang pagstorya para masdako chance nga mapublish.

    A max's AREA OPERATIONS MANAGER based in Makati called me tonight apologizing for the incident and informing me that they are investigating it already. He also informed us that they are going to make sure that whoever is responsible for the said negligence will be given proper disciplinary action. I accepted the apology and demanded to talk to the branch manager herself. I also requested for them not to kick out any of their workers. For me,it wasn't the crews fault. Up until now i am waiting for a call or text from them.

    @sharke and muerte. salamat sa suggestions. i'll think about emailing them. For now, i am giving max's a chance to explain it.
