For interested applicants, we accept walk-ins everyday from Mon-Fri and we try our best to make it a one-day process, although sometimes it does take a little longer, especially if you go there in the afternoon or on fridays. Monday would be the best day to go there. All you need to bring is your resume and your best English! Just make sure you're decently dressed and ready for a long day!
The recruitment process starts with completing the EMS or Employee Management System (it's similar to filling up a bio-data). After that, you wait for your name to be called for your initial interview. If you pass, you are asked to come back at 1pm for your E-Test (computer-based, multiple choice exam designed to test your english communication skill as well as your customer service skills) and then the Verbal Exam (an exam designed to test your spoken english skills; you use an actual telephone for this exam) later on. The verbal exam usually lasts until around 5pm or so. Results for the e-test and verbal exams are released after you take it so you immediately know if you passed or not. Once you pass the verbal exam, you will be asked to come back at 9pm for your Final Interview with the managers (this is done at night because of the managers' schedules; they are only available at night). If you're fortunate enough to make it through the whole screening process, you will be asked to come back either on a Tuesday or Thursday for your orientation (depending on when you finished the screening process; applicants who pass screening on thursdays or fridays are oriented on tuesdays and applicants who pass screening on mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays are oriented on thursdays). After that, you just wait for a call from us for your training schedule!
Easy, right? So, what are you waiting for? Update your resumes, brush up on your english and come on over to Qualfon Dumaguete at Dr. V. Locsin St., Dumaguete City (it's right across the Police Station, DCDB and Bangko Sentral, if you don't know it yet)!
