@uhmygus, as far as I know hiring for higher positions internal man pero hiring spree, naa sa production pa gani for 2 weeks na QA daun then pgka following days gi promote pgka Sup ang mga uban...

I tried this company but wala ko nagtagal. one week rku,I was hoping na ma apil ta sa mga naay chances nga ma promote but nag katawa ko sa mga tau.. Most people talked funny and definitely sounds funny.. Dli kaayu importante nila ang comm. skills which is a big question for me kay customer service ang una jud nga support ang agi-an sa agents.. hinuon, super sayun ramn sad ilang account .. no -brainer kaayu. pru bsan pa, even ang mga sup. ,trainers and other high level people talimbang sad ang shengils.. as in. Ang training nila more on the product na dayun, infairness amazing nga nka tagal sila and ramping sila dre sa cebu.. dghan kaayu mailad dre nga company.. labi na mga estudyante.. murag merkado ni nga call center ui. ka paet. dugay pajud ang bayad sa mga trainees ana akung kuya. ay ana diay cya wa juy klaru ang payroll, dli nimu ma feel ang benefits. kapaet..

Sa mga gusto mag call center. adtu nlng jud mu sykes, cvg,eper,stream or ps. kanang mga klaru bha. even teletech ok rman so far, kay systematic na bha..

Take Note: a persons skills can be learned... but its attitude cant be learned, much more it cant be changed.

i have friends in Q dumaguete.. hiring man jud daw kaayo.. nindot i apply didto dah kay nice ang dumaguete.. simple living.. nice ra man pud daw ang Q.. kusog man ni cl mang promote..
