Hi guys! I'm from the Human Capital Development department of Qualfon Dumaguete. For interested applicants, we accept walk-ins everyday from Mon-Fri and we try our best to make it a one-day process, although sometimes it does take a little longer, especially if you go there in the afternoon or on fridays. Monday would be the best day to go there. All you need to bring is your resume and your best English! Just make sure you're decently dressed and ready for a long day!

The recruitment process starts with completing the EMS or Employee Management System (it's similar to filling up a bio-data). After that, you wait for your name to be called for your initial interview. If you pass, you are asked to come back at 1pm for your E-Test (computer-based, multiple choice exam designed to test your english communication skill as well as your customer service skills) and then the Verbal Exam (an exam designed to test your spoken english skills; you use an actual telephone for this exam) later on. The verbal exam usually lasts until around 5pm or so. Results for the e-test and verbal exams are released after you take it so you immediately know if you passed or not. Once you pass the verbal exam, you will be asked to come back at 9pm for your Final Interview with the managers (this is done at night because of the managers' schedules; they are only available at night). If you're fortunate enough to make it through the whole screening process, you will be asked to come back either on a Tuesday or Thursday for your orientation (depending on when you finished the screening process; applicants who pass screening on thursdays or fridays are oriented on tuesdays and applicants who pass screening on mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays are oriented on thursdays). After that, you just wait for a call from us for your training schedule!

Easy, right? So, what are you waiting for? Update your resumes, brush up on your english and come on over to Qualfon Dumaguete at Dr. V. Locsin St., Dumaguete City (it's right across the Police Station, DCDB and Bangko Sentral, if you don't know it yet)!

Ang training nila more on the product na dayun, infairness amazing nga nka tagal sila and ramping sila dre sa cebu.. dghan kaayu mailad dre nga company.. labi na mga estudyante.. murag merkado ni nga call center ui. ka paet. dugay pajud ang bayad sa mga trainees ana akung kuya. ay ana diay cya wa juy klaru ang payroll, dli nimu ma feel ang benefits. kapaet..

Sa mga gusto mag call center. adtu nlng jud mu sykes, cvg, eper, stream or ps. kanang mga klaru bha. even teletech ok rman so far, kay systematic na bha..
mura ug merkado ang qualfon ky preparation na xa sa pag-expand... regarding sa comskills bisan asa ka nga CC parihas ra na tanan naa ghapon bayabas mo english msdaghan cguro sa qualfon kay ang ila gipangita are people who will work dli mga show-off people, qualfon needs people na bayabas ang english but willing to improve their skill through CC experience(talking to AMERICANS). Super sayun ang account? I'd rather say massayun ang account compared to any other CC accounts. Sayun ra pra sa imo kay sa NEWBIE lvl pa mn ka which is dapat lng nimo maagian pra hinayhinay nimo develop ang product knowledge and call handling skills, naa pa k sa PINAKA BASIC bro. sayang kay na miss nimo ang oppurtunity to navigate most of the major carrier billing systems nga sikat sa US and understand how cellphone works, very usefull experience na xa if mangaply ka sa lain nga center then gusto ka higher compensation @ higher tier and that makes you a NO-BRAINER. Focus sa product ang qualfon because nangita mn cla ug TSR dli English Students/ESL students, so if madwat ka sa qualfon that means your english is sufficient enough to talk to out customer. They dont need english ambassadors and pay a high price just to take calls for their cleints mao gani gibutang sa PINAS ang call center pra maka save sila sa sweldo(another reason why you're a NO_BRAINER if dont realize that). Manaway k sa mga staff? You should have proved your self that your better by getting the STAFF position and make a difference, sayup kau if mubalhin sa iban company nga ang ila staff almost native ang english so ang ending AGENT ra ka forever(hahaha). Bahin sa payroll, dli cguro ka kabalo maminaw sa orientation or mubasa sa contract mao na nga na mislead k.

I know you'l be ok if naa k sa ibang CC, but i feel pity for you to miss the opportunity to show you skill and help others develop their skills as well.

    Goodluck.
