Whatever you do, please do it for your self- 'to be healthy', not for anyone else or other people.
It's only natural to feel insecure at times.. We are only human and we always wish to be more attractive and confident. But if you really love yourself, do something about it. You're main goal should be for your health. If you wanna live longer, be more healthy, exercise and proper diet would really help.
It takes a lot of will power but if your mind is set on it, then you can do it.

to people who are far more fortunate than himself.
we always find excuse when we are too lazy to do things.
throw away your excuses. stop using the word "boring".
And find out what makes you fat.
usually it is an emotional problem that makes people become emotional eaters
and consequently makes them fat.
go back to your childhood.
something causes your depression.
maybe a parent that left you.
maybe your first boyfriend that left you before.
talk about it.
so you will realize the emotional source of your physical problem.
