actually it's been recommended not to use rechargeable batteries
with any wireless trigger. rechargeable batts give only 1.2V and
even lower when they're about drained. wireless triggers need the
full 1.5V per batt to work properly.
from CDR-King I go for SANYO Advance Alkaline which is 55.00 per AAA 4 pack
they're powerful and last a long time. but also cheap enough to
just buy a pack before each shoot.
by the way, I have RF-602 and haven't run into this problem
so hope this helps
