good day mga bossing..

taga mag transfer ko ug files gkan sa ako primary drive to secondary drive..hinay kaau mag transfer nsahay mo error..but if mo copy ko padulong usb gkan sa either primary or secondary drive..paspas man pd..

nsa tan.aw ninu sakit ani? bag.o man pd ni akoa mga sata wire..

by the way ako primary drive is 80gb and secondary drive kay 320gb

SATA? or IDE? if ide plug them on separate IDE port, ayaw i slave from another hdd

try daw ug fdisk or chkdsk one of your drive kay basin na abtan na ug brownout

try daw og use Other OS or try daw ug change og motherboard kay basin palyado na ang chipset.

try daw og change og psu basin dili ka daog sa imo hardware specs.

den dli pd ko kadali2 change ug psu.mobo ug OS kay isa ra tawn kabuok ako computer..hehe

this is not true!

HDD to HDD via local system bus is much faster than USB...

to Threadstarter, can you do a benchmark for each of your HDD? use HDtach
also, wat are the models of your drive?

indicate also running temperature while transfers... you can use HWmonitor to check your temps.

also make sure of your Voltages, dapat stable and solid voltage jud. HDD power peak when in operation.

if you have available SATA ports, try to switch to another SATA port...

lastly, load your BIOS to defaults, say OPTIMAL defaults.

^^ ah yes. sata > usb.. but i still have doubts though - i'm actually thinking of the actual transfer rate of a magnetic disk vs a flash memory. anyway, TS just disregard my post.
