naka experience najud ko ani.. but in my situation, im in the middle of listening people from ordinary workers to middle management badmouthing my boss..and i cant also deny that there is something to badmouth about my boss, because he is like this and like that (sometimes i am too is confused especially that my boss often washes his hands when at fault and blames you instead..),. unsay dapat buhatun kaha nuh? because i think my work is affected, i can no longer think of getting my job done at its best.. maybe ignore nalang sila..
