I vote for better people. Our governance might not be perfect but its currently good. The government is really trying to have a better direction for its people. I believe they can do more, if they can set aside some diffrences.

Better peopl because...

1. Better people can make better governance.
2. Better people can make more businesses and help unemployed peolple have jobs.
3. Better people can attract better people, and we will have a community of better people.

How to create better people.

I think we already have better people in Cebu. It is sure. We have the good universities, good society. But to put better people into better direction we need better understanding of what is happening, the negatives atleast.
