simply rani oi, Error 619 means a lot:

- no load
- APN not config properly
- Profile not config properly
- try other usb ports

however you previously mentioned that it was working 3 hours ago, possibly your tatoo, doesn't have anymore load...

kung basahon nimo iyang reply, ug basahon pud nimo iyang post.

Di dyud mo kahibaw mo analyze sa problem, kapila nako nag mention problem with my hardware, mangutana noon ug account nga way load, Idiot dyud.

Nag mention nako nga I have another USB device and its working fine, already tried my USB device to another PC/Laptop but still the same.

ayaw nalang jud mo anang globe. dugay nako nga subscriber nila then karon akong g.terminate even if nakabond. ok ra man sad cla. haahha.

Tried 2MB nila nga speed, walay au..sayang pa ang 2k/month.
Tried globe tatoo, misamot!

Basing on the chat transcript noh.. for me, chat support man sad ko for few years.. Ok ra baya siya.. We have to understand pud nga naay lain lain department ang chat support pud.. And the fact nga prepaid ra ni siya.. It's still good thing for them to provide chat support agents(may handle more than 1 chat sessions at the same time, maybe 3-5). That's why unta pasensyoso pud ta gamay pud..
