How come ako American fiance na nakabuy ug Smart Pinoy SIM here ang moappear sa iya cellphone "Insert SIM"? The sales lady said no need to register na coz it's preactivated so he didn't register it anymore . Still, he can't send me messages, pero P20 per text message uy. Mahala sab ani.
Need help on this because wee really want to keep with each other everyday and every hour. T.y. istoryans!
