ok rako ani basta dili e charge sa mga tao as additional tax. like lately gi increase ang bayad sa mga permit bsan sari2 store ra nga gamay, naa pay occupation tax kng manarbaho ka, naa pay cedula, og uban pa. daghang bayranan basta mo transact sa goberno way labot ang naa sa ilawon sa lamesa (sop daw).

^^ anha jud na sa tax mahapak bai aron maka income ang gobyerno, ang kapaet raba kay ang ato gbayad na tax wala nato napahimuslan...

ang problem sa corruption regarding sa mga projects ma solve or ma minimize kung we do the BUILD OPERATE and TRANSFER...

it works like, lets say an undersea tunnel project sa cebu... e bidding cya to JAPAN, US, etc... ibutang nato ang japan nidaug sa bidding, Japan would be responsible sa tanan expense in building the project, then after ma finish na ang project, japan would be the one operating the tunnel, sila ang mo collect sa toll fees and everything as income sa tunnel for the specific amount of time, lets say 30 years... after 30 years, ang bridge is property na sa cebu... in this way walay gasto ang city sa pagbuhat sa project kung naa man gani less ra, compared to the scenario na ang city jud ang mo build sa project...
