My two other tenants are both executive types, we only accept decent and peace loving individuals. Foreigners are welcome as the location is near the popular resorts (Maribago Blue Waters, EGI Condo, White Sands, Tambuli, Cebu Beach Club, Imperial Palace, etc.)
